Our Intelligent Teams Coaching Certification is for coaches and professionals who want build thriving cultures and make a bigger impact in organizations. Our ICF accredited coaching training is aligned with the ICF Team Coaching Competencies for the upcoming proposed ICF Team Coaching Specialty Designation.
The model and style is rooted in the International Coach Federation Team Coaching Competencies and Code of Ethics which is the gold standard in the Coaching Industry.

Requirements & Prerequisites
Our attendees come from various backgrounds and industries. Some of these include Corporate Executives, Business Owners, Team Leaders, HR Professionals, Educators, Entrepreneurs, and Individuals seeking personal and professional advancement. The course requires an application and onboarding process, basic computer skills, internet access, and online capability. In addition, students must be able to:
- Attend training at prescribed times.
- Practice outside of the classroom.
- Meet virtually or by phone to collaborate in small groups.
- Complete written work inside and outside the classroom.
- Be open to possibilities and opportunities for growth.
- A desire to excel in their personal and professional life.

OUR NEXT COHORT BEGINS October 2024
The program is educational, highly interactive, and experiential. It includes 70 hours of specific-coach training, exercises, role play, and mentor coaching. peer coaching, group peer coaching, client complimentary coaching, and written work. There will also be an oral and written exam. After completion of the program, graduates will receive an Intelligent Teams Coach Certification. All live classes are delivered virtually.

Registration and Payments: Must be made prior to the program start date. Withdrawals and Refund Policy: Withdraw 30 days prior to the start of the program and receive a full refund.
Program Delivery: Our programs are delivered online, virtually face to face, and a blend of both. You can join us at one of our training centers, onsite at your location, or through online classes. Whatever option you choose, our curriculum and methods are with a live instructor.
All programs are taught in English and we have the ability to add closed captioning if requested.
